11 Aug 2025 Conway Corp recognized for employee contributions
CONWAY — Conway Corp was honored as the Largest Employee Campaign of the Year by the United Way of Central Arkansas during its annual community luncheon. The recognition highlights the company’s outstanding support through its employee giving campaign and its ongoing commitment to improving lives across the Conway community.

Each year, Conway Corp employees have the opportunity to contribute to United Way through voluntary payroll deductions. This year, employees raised over $33,000 for the campaign – an impressive 15% increase over last year’s total.
“Our company’s recognition as the largest employee campaign is a true reflection of the dedication and generosity of Conway Corp’s employees,” Conway Corp Power Supply Analyst 2 and campaign coordinator Natalie Arnold said. “Their passion for supporting United Way continues to make a meaningful difference and reflects our company’s longstanding dedication to supporting the communities where we live and work.”
The United Way of Central Arkansas serves Faulkner, Perry, Van Buren, and Cleburne counties by investing in local nonprofits and programs focused on health, education, financial stability and crisis response. Contributions from Conway Corp employees help ensure that critical services are available to neighbors in need.
The award was presented at the 2025 United Way Community Luncheon held last month. Conway Corp is proud to join other businesses and organizations across the region in driving meaningful change through workplace giving and community partnerships.
