Conway Corp promotes Hatfield

CONWAY — Conway Corp recently announced the promotion of Michelle Hatfield to Customer Care Specialist II following her successful completion of the NCTI Master Account and Sales Rep Certifications.

NCTI is the preeminent training organization for broadband and wireless professionals.

These certifications required completion of 16 courses focused on improving the customer service skills used daily when interacting with customers and co-workers.

In addition, Hatfield also completed six NCTI courses and passed each exam.

The courses consisted of 21 hours of NCTI coursework including customer service, cable service and troubleshooting lessons.

“Michelle’s promotion reflects her dedication to excellence, professional growth and commitment to providing exceptional customer service,” Conway Corp Call Center Supervisor Lesia White said. “Her dedication to professional growth and delivering top-notch service to our customers makes her an invaluable member of our team. Hatfield joined Conway Corp as a secretary receptionist in August 2002 and was promoted to customer care specialist in May 2006.
