05 Jun 2017 Conway Corp names Moore new chief financial officer

Conway Corp has announced the promotion of Tracy Moore to chief financial officer.    

As CFO, Moore will direct the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions and the financial community.

“Tracy has been with Conway Corp for 30 years and his knowledge of our internal business and accounting processes is beyond compare,” said Bret Carroll, chief executive officer. “We have worked side by side on budgets, rate studies and financial audits. I have complete confidence in him.”

Moore takes over the CFO position previously held by Carroll. Carroll was named Conway Corp CEO on June 1, replacing retiring CEO Richard Arnold.

Moore began his career with the company in July 1987 as manager, data processing. He held that position for nine years before being promoted to manager of accounting services. Since February 2012, he has been manager, accounting compliance and risk management.
