Conway Corp employees win Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association award

Conway Corp customer service employees were honored with Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Awards last month during the 2024 Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association awards webinar.

Lead Customer Service Specialist Jennifer Brannon, Customer Service Specialist Tressie Mazen and Customer Care Specialist Renisenb McGehee were recognized with a Master Performance award in the Sales area.

Customer Care Specialists Michelle Hatfield and Briana Jackson, Customer Service Specialists Toby Hibbs and Savannah Tindall, Customer Care Specialists 2 Emily Keller and Kelly Johnston and Customer Care Team Leader Nicole Pizzolato were honored with Superior Performance awards in the Sales area.

Customer Care Specialist Neil Holman was recognized with a Master Performance award in the Service area.

The Customer Service Excellence Award program was established by cable television professionals in 1986 to recognize and award professional excellence in the cable television industry.

The Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association is an industry association formed in 1958 to help telecommunication providers promote technical excellence, superior customer service, exemplary marketing and student scholarship. It includes cable telecommunications system operators in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas and Texas.
