Conway Corp was recognized for excellence in customer service when 19 of its customer service and cable installer professionals were awarded Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Awards at the 2018 Mid-America Cable Show held in Oklahoma City.
Customer Service Manager Jaylene Sexton was presented with the Master Performance – Cable Champion Award which recognizes outstanding achievement in leadership in a cable system.
Customer Service Specialist Tracy Ferrell, Lead Customer Service Specialist Jane Harrison and CATV Training/Special Projects Coordinator Tommy Nolen were recognized with Extra Mile Master Performance CSE awards.
Extra Mile Awards are presented to individuals whose concern and resolution in customer service go above and beyond the responsibility of their normal job duties.
Customer Care Specialists Eric Bell and Michelle Hatfield were recognized with Master Performance CSE awards in the area of sales.
In the area of service, Master Performance awards were won by Business Class Services Specialist James Buggs, Senior Installer Robert McCray, Senior Installer Technician Jeff Meredith, Commercial Sales Account Executive Eleise Wood Myers, Broadband Premises Technician Andrew Nelson and Senior Customer Service Specialist Shelly Smith.
The Master Performance award recognizes clearly exceptional support with outstanding skills that far exceed position requirements.
Customer Care Specialist Nicole Pizzolato was recognized with a Superior Performance award in the area of sales.
Also recognized were Broadband Distribution Specialist Jason Fleming, Broadband Premises Technician Corey Free, Installer Blake Jones, Broadband Premises Technicians Aaron Julian and Aaron Reynolds and Senior Customer Care Specialist Kelly Wirtz.
The Superior Performance awards are for those individuals with presentation skills that are considerably above industry competency.
The Customer Service Excellence Award program was established by cable television professionals in 1986 to recognize and award customer care professional excellence in the cable television industry.
The Mid-America Cable Association is an industry association formed in 1958 to help telecommunication providers promote technical excellence, superior customer service, exemplary marketing and student scholarship. It includes cable telecommunications system operators in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas and Texas. The Customer Service Excellence Award program was established in 1986 to recognize excellence in the cable television industry.
