15 Aug 2022 Conway Corp announces Smith certification

Conway Corp Human Resources Specialist DeAnna Smith has successfully completed the training and examination necessary to earn the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

The PHR certification is for professionals with experience in implementing programs with logistical orientation and emphasizes operational responsibilities for the company’s Human Resources department.

“I’m proud of DeAnna and this accomplishment,” Conway Corp Human Resources Director Jim Clark said. “It signifies a dedication to the Human Resources profession and a commitment to provide support and guidance to Conway Corp’s most valuable asset, our employees.”  

Smith joined Conway Corp in 2009 as a part-time employee in the Human Resources department and has been in her current role since 2019.
