23 Jun 2024 Community band concert offers patriotic performance Friday night

CONWAY — About 70 talented musicians will perform a patriotic concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday on the Kris Allen Stage at Simon Park in Historic Downtown Conway. The third of three concerts this season is sponsored by the Conway Downtown Partnership and 501 LIFE Magazine. There is no cost to attend. 

Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or lawn blankets and to wear red, white and blue. Our friends at American Made General Store and 10 Box Cost Plus grocery store will provide free water and frozen treats.

“We invite everyone to come downtown for supper and then walk over for the concert,” said Kim Williams, executive director of the Downtown Partnership. “Our last concert saw our largest audience to date, and we hope to exceed that at this patriotic event!”
