25 Jun 2025 City of Sherwood hosts free concert in the park tonight

Sherwood is hosting a Third Thursday in the Park free concert tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at City Hall Park. Families are encouraged to attend. Seven local food trucks will be on site as well.

“This month, we’re bringing the high-energy country duo Cliff & Susan to the stage,” said Heather Jenkins, public information officer for the city. “Imagine if Charlie Daniels and a female Jerry Lee Lewis joined forces — that’s the electrifying mix you’ll get with Cliff & Susan! With powerhouse vocals, expert musicianship and an engaging, request-driven show, they bring an unforgettable blend of country, rock, blues and soul.”

Cliff & Susan have performed in seven countries, sharing the stage with major acts like ZZ Top, Sawyer Brown and Niko Moon. Their debut album, Fiddle & Keys, hit the Top 40 on the US iTunes Country Chart. “Their performances continue to wow audiences across the world!” Jenkins said in a press release.
