NORTH LITTLE ROCK — On Dec. 1, Mayor Terry Hartwick, North Little Rock (NLR) city leaders and police officers joined members from the Rotary Club of NLR to read to students.

They read the book “I Like Me” to kindergarteners in the NLR School District. Each student was given a personalized copy of the book to take home.

The NLR Rotary Club began this program 25 years ago and has continued to provide this book to all NLRSD kindergarten students annually.
