CHI St. Vincent SIM Lab established at UACCM

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM) has received a $50,000 sponsorship for the new Nursing & Science Center from CHI St. Vincent. The grand opening and ribbon cutting for the UACCM Nursing & Science Center is scheduled for Nov. 17, from 9-11 a.m.

The sponsorship will be reflected in the nursing SIM lab of the UACCM Nursing & Science Center, and the lab is now named the “CHI St. Vincent SIM Lab.”  

“The future of patient care depends on hands-on expertise,” said Angie Longing MHSM, BSN, RN NE-BC, president of CHI St. Vincent Morrilton. 

“That’s why we are excited to be a part of this project with UACCM and the cutting-edge simulation labs, enabling our students to master their skills, she continued.
