The Conway Human Development Center will host a benevolence dinner fundraiser to help support their staff at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 28, at The Brick Room Event Center, 1020 Front Street in Conway. 

This year’s dinner theme is the Roaring 20’s. Many attendees will dress the part, wearing flapper dresses and pin stripe suits! There will be dinner, drinks, dancing and a silent auction. It should be a lot of fun! 

The public is invited to be a “silver lining in a time of storm.” Tickets are $65 each, two for $120 or a table of eight for $420. For tickets or questions, call 501.329.6851, ext. 319.

All proceeds go towards the Benevolence Fund at CHDC. The purpose of the fund is to assist employees who have suffered a catastrophic event and are temporarily not working. Usually, the committee will assist by paying the employees’ health insurance bill so that they can continue to receive the care they need while off work.
