JONESBORO, Ark. – Competing for the last time before the American Midwest Conference Championships, Central Baptist College sent three athletes, Isaiah Stiger, Ally Swaim, and Josh Brown, to compete in the Arkansas State Red Wolves Open. Stiger competed in the long jump, Swaim in her usual 100-meter hurdles and Brown in the 110-meter hurdles.

Stiger jumped 6.00 meters and finished in eighth place but recorded his seventh career jump of at least six meters. Swaim finished in sixth place in her event, posting a time of 15.43 seconds and Brown ran a 15.78 in his event, good for 10th place.

The American Midwest Conference championship meet will wrap the season for track and field in two weekends hosted by Missouri Baptist.
