CARTI grows urology team and service locations

LITTLE ROCK – CARTI is expanding access to trusted urologic care by welcoming two new advanced practice registered nurses: Tamera Douglas, AGNP-C, and Shari Ronell, MSN, AGACNP-BC. To meet increasing demand, CARTI Urology will also offer services in Heber Springs and Stuttgart, in addition to Conway, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Pine Bluff and Searcy.

Tamera Douglas will see patients at the CARTI Cancer Centers in Little Rock and Pine Bluff, as well as the Stuttgart treatment facility. She brings nearly a decade of nursing experience to CARTI Urology, including expertise in collaborating with oncology care teams. Douglas graduated magna cum laude from Southern Arkansas University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and from Spring Arbor University with a master’s degree in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Primary Care.

Shari Ronell will be based at the CARTI Cancer Centers in Little Rock, Heber Springs and North Little Rock. She has more than 30 years of nursing experience, including two decades in urology. She has worked in diverse clinical settings, spanning senior urgent care, emergency department and hospitalist roles. Ronell holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Governors University and a master’s degree in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Acute Care from Chamberlain University.
