by Beth Tyler
Builder Bret Franks of Bret Franks Construction Inc. has partnered with The Park Hill Home team of Todd Smith, Charlie Groppetti and Cheryl Watson-Hannink for the Southern Living Custom Builder Program Showcase Home in Princeton Village in Conway.
The tour will kick off with a Preview Party from 6 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 8. Guests will meet the builder and designers while enjoying musical entertainment provided by local musician Edward Briggler.
The home will be open for tours Thursday, Oct. 8, through Saturday, Oct. 17. Proceeds from the event will go to Conway Regional Health Foundation’s Emergency Room renovation project and Operation FINALLY HOME, which builds mortgage-free homes for disabled veterans.
The Park Hill team will present a fresh take on a cottage-style home with warm neutral colors, natural textures and thoughtful furniture placement.
The unique appeal to this project is that all spaces will be decorated in the Park Hill Style with Park Hill Collection products.
Along with the Park Hill Collection, the building products showcased are from the national Southern Living Partner Program and include KitchenAid kitchen appliances, Wellborn cabinets, Belgard pavers, Integrity windows, Marvin doors, James Hardie fiber cement board siding, Sunbrella fabric panels, Sherwin-Williams paint, Lennox home comfort systems and vehicles on display from Chevrolet.
The tour will kick off with a Preview Party from 6 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 8. The evening will be presented by Keller Johnson Construction, the Princeton Village developer, and Grissom & Company, the real estate firm listing the showcase home. Guests will meet the builder and designers while enjoying musical entertainment provided by local musician Edward Briggler. Hors d’oeuvres, desserts and beverages will also be provided.
