22 Jan 2018 Bethlehem House seeks help with annual Valentine’s Gala
Bethlehem House, a transition shelter for the homeless, is hosting its annual Valentine’s Gala from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, at one Church, 1078 Front St. in Downtown Conway.
Proceeds go directly toward the shelter, which helps the homeless and nearly homeless. Donations and sponsorships are being sought. For more information, contact Director of Development Aimee Prince at 501.472.4897 or [email protected].
“Our annual Valentine’s Gala is the largest fundraiser of the year for Bethlehem House and we are asking members of our community to give love donations to the house this year by participating in the gala,” said Aimee.
It is the mission of the Bethlehem House to encourage, equip and motivate homeless and nearly homeless individuals and families to take the necessary steps to improve their life situations.
“We have been serving this community for over 25 years and fundraisers like these allow us to expand our programs and offerings and help more men, women and families realize an opportunity for a better life,” said Judi Lively, executive director of Bethlehem House.
In order to meet its mission and provide services to the community, Bethlehem House relies on the generosity of individuals, businesses and other philanthropic organizations for support.
Sponsorships for this year’s gala range from $250 to $5,000.
Preston Palmer Studios will provide the entertainment and PattiCakes, Stoby’s and Pasta Grill will provide food.
Bethlehem House is a partner of the United Way of Central Arkansas.
