Arkansas State Fair closes out 2025 with big crowds, memories

LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas State Fair wrapped up its 2025 season on Sunday, October 19, with nearly 50,000 fairgoers making the most of the final day. Over the course of ten days, the fair welcomed 473,601 guests, capping off another spectacular year filled with food, fun, and Arkansas tradition.

“This is always a bittersweet day,” said Tiffany Wilkerson, General Manager of the Arkansas State Fair. “We pour our hearts into this event all year long, and it’s incredible to watch the fairgrounds come alive with so much energy and excitement. The team behind the scenes, our sponsors, vendors, entertainers, and of course our amazing guests all helped make this one of our best years yet. We’re so grateful to be a part of a tradition that continues to grow, evolve, and bring people together in such a meaningful way.”

Despite a brief weather-related closure Saturday evening, the fair saw strong turnout across all age groups, with especially high attendance on both Fridays and a steady flow of weekday crowds taking advantage of daily promotions.

As the fairgrounds quiet down for now, planning is already underway for the 2026 season, and promises of new surprises, familiar favorites, and even more ways to celebrate everything Arkansas.
