Arkansas PRSA Announces 2025 Prism Recipients

LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) hosted its annual Prism Awards honoring 24 exceptional public relations programs from the past year and the skills of the state’s practitioners, companies and organizations. Held Thursday, Sept. 18 at Next Level Events, the 2025 event was emceed by Kaelin Clay, co-anchor of KATV’s Little Rock ARC.

As part of the evening’s recognitions, Arkansas PRSA honored Natalie Ghidotti, APR, PRSA Fellow, as the chapter’s newest inductee into the PRSA College of Fellows. This prestigious designation is held by fewer than 5 percent of PRSA members nationwide and recognizes senior practitioners who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, service and impact in the profession. Ghidotti is the first woman from the Arkansas Chapter and only the fourth member ever selected from Arkansas.

The evening’s top honor, the Bob Sells Best of Show Award, was presented to The Peacock Group for its support of the Walton Family Foundation’s Grand Opening of the Market Center of the Ozarks. The award, named in memory of PRSA Arkansas legend Bob Sells, recognizes the highest-scoring campaign among all multi-element entries.

This year’s competition was the chapter’s second-highest year on record, with 104 entries — an 85% increase over 2024. Entries in two categories — multi-element and single-element programs — were evaluated by an independent panel of 12 judges from three PRSA chapters: Chicago, San Diego/Imperial Counties and West Virginia. Finalists earned scores of 70% percent or higher under a rubric emphasizing strategic planning, clear objectives and measurable results.

In addition to the awards, attendees participated in a moment of silence to remember Carol Jeanne Cassil, APR, a respected practitioner, mentor and longtime PRSA leader whose legacy of service and lifelong learning continues to inspire Arkansas communicators.
