The American Heart Association Heart Walk is planned 9 a.m. Saturday, April 26, at Burns Park (soccer fields 13 and 14) in North Little Rock.
The free, family-friendly walk provides two options: 5K (3.1 miles) or 1 mile.
Walkers are eligible for a Heart Walk T-shirt once they have raised a minimum of $100.
The Heart Walk has been designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living in an environment that’s fun for the whole family. This year, more than 1 million walkers will participate in more than 450 events across the US.
