Heber Springs’ Mayor Jimmy Clark has served the city for six years.

He describes the area as a unique, vibrant community that attracts tourist, retirees, families and business from all over the nation.

“Heber Springs has many strengths, but two are our natural beauty and our citizens,” Clark said. 

He has a vision for improvements this year which include street rehab, trails and the Sandy Beach project.

Additionally, Clark has a five-year plan that will address stormwater, 

sidewalks, beautification and trail completion. “Our citizens and leaders are committed to creating a healthy and sustainable future for the next generation,” he said.

Clark hopes that citizens will keep working together for the greater good of all to continue the forward momentum of the community.
