The May “Celebrating mom” edition of 501 LIFE will be featured during the 12:30 p.m. news show Tuesday, April 30, on KARK Channel 4. 

Each month, 501 LIFE co-publisher and editor Sonja Keith presents information about the current edition.

“With Mother’s Day right around the corner, 501 LIFE is all about ‘Celebrating mom’ with the May issue which is hitting the streets,” said Keith. “We have a variety of stories related to mom, including this month’s cover story which features a group of women who share their thoughts on ‘Welcome to motherhood’ and a Neighbors feature on a sweet family that has grown through adoption.

“Each month we feature a different pet/person, and this month we are excited to share with readers a special pup named Tiptoe, an educational assistance dog at Anne Watson Elementary School in Perry County. We have invited Principal Amy Jones and Tiptoe to join us for the segment.”
