15 Dec 2013 13th Annual Beast Feast scheduled
Former national football champion coach Bobby Bowden will be the speaker at the 13th Annual Beast Feast on Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Conway Expo Center and Fairgrounds.
Beast Feast is the annual Sportsman Banquet hosted by the Second Baptist Men’s Ministry in Conway. It is held each winter and is open to men and boys of all ages. It’s a night filled with games, entertainment, prizes, live music, great food and great speakers. Bowden is the winningest coach in college football and a former national champion coach at Florida State University.
The event includes an expo that opens at 1 p.m. The program begins at 5 p.m. Various prizes will be given away, including a grand prize Polaris ATV, hunting trips, rifles, shotguns and big screen TVs. Those attending are also asked to bring non-perishable food items for the Beast Feast Feeding the Hungry food drive, which benefits local food banks.
Participants will be entered into a special prize drawing for every item donated. Tickets are $25 for the not-for-profit event and can be purchased at beastfeastarkansas.com or at Second Baptist Church in Conway.
